NEWSLETTER- MAILCHIMP

We use Mailchimp, an Intuit company, for delivery of email newsletters that you voluntarily subscribe to. Mailchimp stores your information you provided – email address and name for the purpose of delivering such communications. Please refer to Intuit's Privacy Policy for further information.

 

LOCKSMITH

We use the Locksmith app to restrict user access to some areas of the site by geolocation via IP address information. Locksmith does not store any customer data. Please refer to Locksmith's Shopify data help article for further information.

 

CORJL

We use an integration with Corjl to provide online editable digital products. Your name, email address, and the name of your purchased item(s) will be used by the app for this purpose. Please refer to Corjl's privacy policy for further information.

 

AD TARGETING OPT-OUT

To opt-out of the collection and use of your information for ad targeting, please visit http://www.aboutads.info/choices and http://www.youronlinechoices.eu.

Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Shopify uses the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address). Shopify may also automatically block a payment card number after a certain number of unsuccessful payment attempts. This processes is called risk and fraud screening and is automated decision-making. The automated blocking is not permanent.

We utilize the Locksmith app, which uses the Device Information that we collect (in particular, your IP address) to help us block users from certain geographic areas from accessing areas of the website. This processes is automated decision-making. The blocking does not prevent users from accessing the whole of the website, and does not prevent users from contacting us.

We also use the Device Information that we collect to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
